Out Of Town Patients

If you are out of town and would like to set up your surgery and consultation in one trip, you will need to send us your pictures, information and pay the total amount in advance.  Once we receive the photos, they are presented to Dr. Kanodia and we will respond to you with available dates and pricing details.

We would like for you to email or mail specific photos of your nose and face (Please use the picture guideline on our website when sending in your photos.:  http://www.drkanodia.com/pguidelines.htm Note that the angles required are at least one of each:
A frontal view of the face and neck
Left and right profile view
A base view in which the head is facing front and tilted back so the nasal cavity is exposed. Please send the pictures as attachments, do not imbed the pictures inside the email. When sending your pictures Include the following information:

Out of town patients flying in for surgery or other procedures performed by Dr. Kanodia please reference the following information.  Dr. Kanodia has worked out special rates and recommended accommodations to ensure his patients are properly cared for and are comfortable while visiting the area for treatment.
